Danielle M. Mastrapasqua

Danielle has been a practicing attorney in the North Shore and Greater Boston area for more than 5 years. She focuses her practice on divorce, child custody, paternity, alimony, removal, modification, and contempt proceedings. Danielle is experienced in litigating divorces and custody cases dealing with the division of high net worths, domestic violence, narcissist spouses and co-parents, and more. She is experienced in handling difficult and high-conflict custody and child support cases as well as modifications of prior agreements. She is practiced in litigating both for and against restraining orders. Danielle will guide you through every step of your case and explain to you all of your options while helping you choose the best path for you and your family, whether that be through court room advocacy or resolving your matter through the use of negotiation to come to an agreement. 

Danielle earned her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude, from New England Law in 2018. She is also a 2013 graduate of Boston University, where she majored in psychology with a focus on psychology in the law. While attending law school in the evenings, Danielle worked as a paralegal for more than five years in the Worcester County area. While working as a paralegal, she assisted in cases dealing in family law, criminal law, juvenile law/DCF matters, personal injury matters, and civil litigation. While at Boston University, she interned for the ACLU and worked on a research project to develop a Civil Juror Bias Scale that could be used to determine a juror's bias in defamation cases. Danielle brings her knowledge and vast experience to each of her cases to help achieve the best outcome possible for each client.
